As you get started, you will find that the traders on the Free Lunch Room and in the freesite world have a lingo all their own.  Here is a glossary of the terms you will hear:

A4F: Anything 4 Free Forum

Approval:  Someone has completed all the site requirements and has been
approved to claim their final prize.

Avatar: A small graphic or Picture that represents you on the forum.

Banned: There are 2 types of bans; temporary ban or a permanent ban.

    *  Temporary ban happens when someone is caught breaking the rules
such as spamming other traders.  This is typically a 1, 3 or 5 day bans
where you cannot access the site.

    *  Permanent ban happens when someone is caught scamming other traders
or has not has been temporarily banned 2 already.  The person is  unable
        to access the forum permanently.

Bump: By posting in your thread, it is then rises to the top.  Either you
can post by typing "I'm bumping up" or by answering a question to someone
    that has posted there.

cc: means credit card.

Clear cache/cookies:  means erasing all the old cookies stored in your
temporary files so that when you do offers you will get credit for them
    on the correct site.

Conga line:  This is similar to a chain letter, where you sign up at the bottom
and eventually  you get to the top of the list & stay there till you get a
    set number of referrals.

Cookie:  A small amount of information stored on  your computer.  Each time
you go to a site  and then to do an offer, a cookie is stored on your
computer. Both of these cookies enables the company to be able to give
you credit for the offer on the correct site.

Crediting:  The process of getting your completed offer credited to your
    freesite account.

Forever Green (can also be called evergreen):  this term is used on some
sites and means you keep your green status on the site forever.  You don't
have to go back in and do more offers if you want to cashout again.

FIpG:  Free Ipod Guide forum

FLR:  Free Lunch Room forum

Free Green:  From time to time a network will offer or grant you a green
status for one or more of their sites without requiring you too do any
offers. Then all you have to do is get referrals.

G4G:  also known as green for green, ref 4 ref, trade 4 trade, & site 4 site
(trading site with another trader). You do a referral for them and they
do a referral for you. No money exchanges hands & then you both receive
full value for your referral. Then you both can gain referrals without paying
    some to green for you.

Green:  this were you complete the basic requirements for a site and the site
has been credited for them.  You will people say that "you are green for
    them" or "You are green".

Hijacking or Threadjacking:  Contacting someone who replied to someone
else's trade thread for the purpose of trading with them.  This is against
    the rules of the forum.

IFW:  Incentive's Freebie site

Jumping the Fence:  This where you move to finding/paying for referrals
instead of getting paid to be a referral.

Locked Thread:  This means that nobody can reply to the thread.  Some
threads are locked  because they are too big and trade threads can be
locked to violating some of the rules; such as, bumping your trade thread
more than twice in a 24 hour period.

MCR (Manual Credit Request):  Sometimes offers just do not credit for
whatever reason. When this happens, we can file a MCR at the site
(although many of the sites no longer accept MCR's) using the
    confirmation email that you received.

Mods (Moderators):  They regulate the FLR forum and enforce the rules.

Network:  The name of the company or parent company that owns the
different sites. Each network can own a variety of sites; such as,
Giftmonster, Zipnadazilch, etc.  The networks are rated by several
agencies based on their quality, customer service and how long they
    have been around.

Offer:  These are the advertisements for specific products or services on the
freebie sites. You can only do each offer once, no matter how many freebie
    sites carry that offer.

Offer Requirement:  The amount of offers or credits needed to qualify on a
specific freebie site in order to green and start collecting your own
    referrals.

Offer Weight: The same offer can be worth different values/credits from
site to site.  For example, it might be 1 credit on one site and 1/2 credit
    on another.

OOD (Offer of Doom):  A problem on Offercentric sites where the offers get
very difficult for the last few refs you collect.

PFR:  Paying for Referrals

PM (Private Messages):  a  form of communication on the forum similar to
email.  You can do this simply by clicking on someones user name.

Post:  a forum message left on a thread.

PPD:  Project Payday, a training program for using freebie sites

PP:  Paypal, method of payment.

Prize:  The final reward or incentive that you can receive after completing the
offer requirements and the necessary referrals for the site.  On most sites,
you are able to choose your prize when you sign up.

Red Status:  Refers to several things, typically it indicates that an offer has
been revoked on a freebie site where the offer is no longer green.  If
someone pays you for your green and you end up going red, you will owe
them a refund. To find out all the reasons that someone can go red,
please see our Staying Green tutorial.

Referral of Ref:  A trader that has been referred by another trader.

Referral Link:  The unique sign up web link for each site that you have.  It
is what you give to a trader you are referring the the site so you can get
    credit.

Referral Value:  The amount each referral is worth.  Take the prize value o
f the site and divide it by the number of referrals you need.  So a $120
prize based on 3 referrals would be valued at $40.  This is the amount
that you will cashout for each referral so you would pay your referral half
    of that or $20.

Repeatable:  This means that the site will let you collect a prize over and
over. Most of the repeatable sites are also forever green.  There are
some, however, that will make you do an offer again and re-green before
    you can collect more referrals.

RS:  Referral Swapper Forum

Scamming:  this basically committing fraud, against another trader, a freebie
site or a forum.  This usually involves the scammer refusing the refund
the trader after going green or obtaining money under false pretenses.

Site: Each freebie site in a network will have its own website like
cash.freeforallmankind.com or freebiemonster.net.  You can sign up for
each of the sites in a network.

Spamming:  Contacting traders (particularly new traders) without them
initiating the first contact with the intention of trying to get them to
trade with you or promote your self.  This is against the rules.

Sticky:  A thread or post that constantly stays at the top of the page.  The
are often used by the administrators or moderators to make important
announcements, but it is also possible to purchase a 3 day sticky for
    your trade thread.

Support:  On any of the sites, you are able to contact them and obtain
support or answers to you questions or concerns simply by submitting a
    support ticket there.

Thread: Same as forum Post, except you start a whole new topic.

TOS (Terms of Service):  These are the terms of an offer, trade site, or
forum.  It is the fine print of the offer/company and you need to pay
special attention to these because the spell out what we need to do
for the trial; other wise you might end up with an unpleasant surprise.

TM (Trade Manager): This where we set up the trade or agreement between
    two traders.

Trade Thread: The message tread advertising what sites you need referrals
on, and what sites you want to do.

TRAINN:  Stands for Transcendental Innovations.  It is a network that owns
numerous freebie sites. On these sites, you can choose to do either the
point based method or the referral based method.  For the referral method,
you only have to complete 1 offer to green.

FLR Verified:  You have paid $50 to join the FLR Verified program (they
make sure you are who you say you are) and are now eligible to purchase
    a sticky.

Verified Green:  Means that the freebie site says that you are ok.

Walk Through: This is when someone walks you through the process telling
you what offers to do on the site.  This is illegal, because we are not
supposed to tell others what offers to choose.  Also, you should be doing
    offers that interest you.

Yellow Status: Means you have signed up for a site and now have your
own referral link, but have not completed the offers yet.
